Hello I got a new desktop for my under 16 years son. I wanted to set it up and from the beginning I gave his name and Microsoft account to set up. But at a Stage of setting it up the computer asks two Options and Questions: I am supervisor or I am supervised. If I say I am supervisor it ask me to log in and when I log in it gives a message sorry it us not you and try it latter again. and if I select I am supervised it ask me to log in and after that ask the supervisor to log in and...again and again same message...Sorry it us not you. please guide me

It appears that you're having issues regarding the Screentime option of your Parental Control feature. For us to effectively assist you with your concern, we would like to know the following:

• Do you have a different child account on your computer that has the same problem?
• Have you tried recreating your son's child account?
• What troubleshooting steps have you taken to resolve the issue?

That's what the auto setting will do since you're over the 1333 mark it jumps to the next step which isn't listed or officially supported I assume by that ram.

At this point though I would suggest dropping the multi one step or .5 so that we can get something stable and possibly take the heat issue out of the picture for now.
