Windows 7 OEM move from 32-bit to 64-bit

I have a Dell Vostro 3700 laptop running OEM 32-bit Windows 7 Home Premium. I have the 32-bit disks but not 64-bit disks. I would like to move up to a 64-bit operating system. I believe the i5-560M CPU supports 64-bit processing. I cannot download a 64-bit
version of Windows 7 Home Premium from Microsoft any more. Can I:

• Reserve and install a 32-bit version of Windows 10.
• Then download a 64-bit version of Windows 10 from Microsoft for free and activate with my current product key.

Just so I am clear, (because I am having difficulty understanding what happens with OEM versions of OS from the various forums online) please could you confirm or correct what I say here:

• My OS is an OEM Windows 7 Home Premium 32-bit installed by Dell at their factory.
• I have registered for a Windows 10 upgrade and should receive Windows 10 Home Premium 32-bit July 29 (or so) which I can activate using my existing product key - or will Microsoft sent another product key specifically for Windows 10?
• Once Windows 10 Home Premium 32-bit is installed, I will be able to download Windows 10 Home Premium 64-bit and do a clean install at no charge,using the product key I already have.

Am I correct?
