How do I connect my comfort keyboard 4000 wireless to my 27-in imac also can somebody tell me how to turn it on and off this keyboard

I have used windows 10 with this keyboard for a very long time.

I have just built a new computer and installed the latest windows 10 on it

then i tried to install the intellitype software and I get this message

This app can't run on this device

IntelliType / IntelliPoint

Microsoft

This app can't run because it causes security or performance

issues on Windows. A new version me be available. Check

with your software provider for an updated version that runs

on this version of Windows.

I have downloaded the Microsoft Mouse and Keyboard Center

and it can't see or recognize my keyboard.

I have checked the list of supported keyboards and I do not

see my keyboard listed.

So how do i get my keyboard to working again?

I understand that the Microsoft Wireless Comfort Keyboard 4000 is not working;

What is the exact model and manufacturer of your motherboard?

Initially I recommend that you check that Windows 10 is fully updated;

Press Windows key + i and go to Update and Security;

Click Check for updates and do ALL pending updates;

After making sure Windows is up to date, disconnect the USB receiver and plug it into another USB port;

Remembering that keyboards and mice do not need additional software to perform their basic functions;

Microsoft Natural "wired" Keyboard 4000 is causing Safe Mode!

There may be some factors that cause your computer to go into safe mode if your Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 is connected. It could be a driver-related issue, or possible a software conflict. To help us diagnose and address the issue, we would like to ask
a few information:

• Were there any recent changes made on your computer?
• Have you performed any updates or installed any apps or programs prior to the issue?

While waiting for your response, we suggest that you try rolling back the driver for the keyboard. Follow these steps:

• Right-click the Windows key and click Device Manager.
• Expand the Keyboard category.
• Right-click on Microsoft Natural Keyboard 4000 and click
  Properties.
• Go to the Driver tab and click Roll Back Driver.
• Follow the on-screen instructions.

Please observe your computer's behavior after rolling back the driver. Do let us know how it goes so we can further assist you.
