Hello! I have a problem every time I shutdown my laptop there's an adb.exe 0xc0000142 appearing, How can I make it disappear? My unit is Dell Inspiron

Error 0xc0000142

everytime i turn on my computer it always shutdown and an error appear The application was unable to start correctly Error (0xc0000142) click ok to close the application then it goes shutdown but when my lan cable is not insert it goes well nothing happen
it wont shutdown but when i put my lan cable it shutdown i already change my rj45 but it the same.
