Hello I have a question regarding my laptop, it has ben stuck at a point while i switch on the laptop. Ot is asking for the pin that is required to sign in but noting else is appering on the screen and only i can see is the cursor moving on it but i can't select or click anything and i have also entered the pin but it is not showing on the screen except a pop up message to enter the pin but it also not working and everything is being stucked, can anyone plz help me
