Windows 10: Hello i have a question regarding windows 11 admin commands.

So everything was fine but then i installed something on my computer which was most definitely the issue to this whole thing and where and how it started. It told me to restart my computer after i installed the app and after i restarted my computer it would begin to load then blue screen two times then i turned it off fully but the same thing it blue screened two more times. After the blue screens it ended up loading to another screen however it was on attempting repars on your pc for around 10 mins. After it ddi that my pc did infact boot up however it was like i was using an older version of

Suggestion: /? (-?) and /help (-help) command-line arguments to show a list of all possible arguments in a small window. *Smile

 

admin password?

You can reset the Admin Password using Windows XP repair; See Here for step by step.

Issue regarding Window Hello

We understand how difficult it could be, when the PC doesn’t work the way it should. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the make and model of the PC?
• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
• What happens when you try to setup Windows Hello?
• Were you able to use the Fingerprint login before?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

1. Press Windows + X and click on Device Manager.
2. Expand or double-click Biometric Devices.
3. Right-click on the listed driver, and then select
   Uninstall device
4. Select Delete the driver software for this device, and then click Uninstall.
5. Follow the onscreen steps and restart the PC.
6. Upon restart, install the Biometric device drivers from computer manufacturer website.
