Hello! I have an issue regarding connection to games. I`m running on windows 11 23H2/ OS build 22631.3593/ Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22700.1003.0. and somehow this is blocking my connection with games and games platformssteam/league of legends and many others showing that I have no conection to internet. I had this issue before and by reinstalling my windows or using a VPN fixed it. Now after a period the issue is back. I`ve tried to reset all network/ firewall setting and this does not fix the issue. Internet connection is very strong. Everything else like youtube/google/any othe

Issue regarding Window Hello

We understand how difficult it could be, when the PC doesn’t work the way it should. In order to get clarity and to assist you accordingly, please reply with the answers to the questions below.

• What is the make and model of the PC?
• What is the Windows 10 version and Build installed? (Type winver in Windows search/Run command)
• What happens when you try to setup Windows Hello?
• Were you able to use the Fingerprint login before?

Meanwhile, we would suggest you to perform these steps and check.

1. Press Windows + X and click on Device Manager.
2. Expand or double-click Biometric Devices.
3. Right-click on the listed driver, and then select
   Uninstall device
4. Select Delete the driver software for this device, and then click Uninstall.
5. Follow the onscreen steps and restart the PC.
6. Upon restart, install the Biometric device drivers from computer manufacturer website.
