    Hello, I have an Issue with Win 11, with EAP -TTLS authentication for a wifi, previously i was able to connect to the wifi on windows 10, now it only shows secured or rather keeps telling you connect

    5530 XM EAP-TTLS Authentication Failed.!!!

    I've been trying to login to our company's WIFI network but keeps getting a failed authentication here is my current settings:

    Network status: Hidden
    Wlan network mode: Infrastructure hidden
    Wlan security mode: 802.1x
    Wlan Security settings: WPA/WPA2 - EAP
    EAP Plug-in settings: EAP-TTLS
    Personal Certificate: Not defined
    Authority Certificate: ipsCA Global CA Root IP (provided by company)
    Username in Use: from certificate
    Username: (left blank)
    Realm in use: From certificate
    Realm: Left blank
    TLS Privacy: OFF

    EAPs: PAP
    Username: (my username to login to internet)
    Password: Prompt

    It tries to connect after a 10-15secs it says "EAP-TTLS Authentication Fail!"

    Please help...

    E61 EAP-TTLS PAP

    After contacting Nokia, I eventually got a reply that I should change the authentication but, as I am trying to connect to a university wireless network, it is idiotic to suggest the authentication method would be changed so that I can connect with my
    E61. Buying a Windows Mobile smartphone would be the best solution if Nokia are not going to support EAP-TTLS-PAP.

    No! If a university/network only uses EAP-TTLS-PAP then you need EAP-TTLS-PAP and Nokia does not support this.
