    I turned on my pc this morning and when I turned it on, the screen was just my back ground couldn’t see my installed apps. The apps that were open don’t show on my screen and on top of all of that my cursor doesn’t show

    Thank you for reaching out to us. Windows 10 may have encountered a corrupted component that caused this Windows Hello issue. For us to help you with this, kindly answer the following questions:

    • Have you made any recent changes to your computer prior to this issue?
    • We'd like to clarify the error message, is it Device is not compatible whenever you try to sign in?
    • What is the current build and version of your Windows 10? To check type in
      winver on the search bar and press Enter.

    Meanwhile, we suggest that you run the Windows Troubleshooter for devices and hardware through this

    link
    and click the section that says Find and fix problems with devices and hardware.
    We also recommend that you reset the Facial Recognition and Fingerprint options. Kindly follow the steps below:

    • Press Windows key + I to open
      Settings.
    • Click Accounts and select
      Sign-In options.
    • Locate Fingerprint or
      Facial Recognition options and click
      Remove under them.
    • After that, click Get Started and follow the on-screen instructions to reset Fingerprint and Facial Recognition.
    • Reboot your PC to apply the changes.

    If you are prompted that you have already set up Windows Hello, you might already have set up Windows Hello on your account. For us to properly assist you in setting up Windows Hello, kindly respond to the questions below:

    • When you say "the other account has been deleted", is it deleted from the computer? Or, the Microsoft account has been closed?
    • Is the new Microsoft account associated with a local account?
    • What troubleshooting steps have you done so far? This is for us to know and to avoid any duplication of efforts on your end.

    I'm having trouble with Macrium Reflect tutorial.

    Strongly suggest you watch some youtube videos on Macrium and follow them step by step, making sure they are current.

    Also make sure you have the manual to hand, and use the extensive help provided with the product.
