Windows 10: Hello! I have Movie Maker- Video Editor Pro Version 3.7.17. Cannot publish or "save" my...

I have made a video and want to save video so that I can upload it to a usb and play on the tv. The Video encoding default options ar HD/MP4/30fps/Auto. When I try to save the video I get an error message "Error happened during video encoding. Unspecified error Exception from HRESULT: 0x80004005. What can I do to make this work? My computer is an ASUS with Windows 11. I never had this problem on my old PC/Windows 7. I do not have the ability to "burn a cd", just want to publish this family video. The other options I have are video format WMV but I don't know what that means. Thanks in adva

HD Movie Maker Pro

We understand the concern as you would like to know the HD movie Maker Pro app interface. We would suggest you to check the screenshots of the app as shown in the

HD Movie maker page on Microsoft Store.



In the beginning when you click on New Project, you will be redirected to a black window with
5 options on the bottom line - Add clip, Arrange clips, Edit sound, Save project and Save video. Now you need to click on
Add clip and select photos/videos from the PC. Once the selected file appears on the black screen, then you will be able to see the other tools for editing.



We also need to check which version of the app is installed, as there are some additional features gets added with different version. You can check the Description section in
HD Movie maker page on Microsoft Store. If
you still have issue with the app then we would suggest you to contact the app publisher through email provided after the
Description section.
