Dell Removal Patches For Their Second Problem. (New Pc's With)


Hello,

Regarding those two bad items (virus' ?) that Dell included with
their new shipped PC's after, I think, Aug. of this year.

Blame it on my age now, but I don't recall their names.
One of them, had something like "Dellroot...", I think.

They issued a simple patch for the removal of the first.
I did that one.

Have they issued a Patch for the second one yet ? IF so, Where can I find it ?
I really don't want to go thru a 17 step removal process.

Windows 8 phone calling problem

Hello,

I've purchased a windows phone called the nokia lumia 521 and have a problem with the calling.

The problem is that every time I would like to end a call the phone would remain in its standby screen even if a press the power button. If I press the power button twice the phone would allow me to end the call but for only a micro second.

Any suggestions on how to fix this?

 

New motherboard does not recognise second optical drive

I suggest for the sake of saving someone from asking that you list the components of your pc.
I.e.
Cpu,ram(type ,timing,quantity,) vga,psu,O.S. etc.

It will likely help when troubleshooting.

The more info the better, it can never hurt. Best of luck with your pc.
