Windows 10: Hello, I just faced a weird issue

As I was on my computer doing absolutely nothing cause I was checking my phone, the USB sound played 2 or 3 times. I have a laptop and literally no device was connected. Not even the power cord. I kinda freaked out. I have a Huawei laptop with Windows 11 on its latest update. Anyone faced this issue before? My screen was just an empty chrome tab. Nothing was playing, No app was running.

Yes, I understand that your Windows Hello Face is showing up as not available. Where you able to do all the troubleshooting steps as suggested above?

Can you describe what happens when you completed the each of troubleshooting steps above? Is there an error message or something that could help to figure out the cause of the issue.?

This issue is being investigated at the moment. Meanwhile, we suggest following the steps below to see if it helps to resolve the issue:

• Run the Hardware and Devices troubleshooter:

• Click Start and type Troubleshooting and press
  Enter.
• Click on View all in the top left corner.
• This will display the list of troubleshooters which are built-in the computer. You can click on the
  Hardware and Devices from the list and you can run the troubleshooter.
