    Virtual Agent: country not listed

    I tried to schedule a call using the virtual agent but my country of residence is not listed.

    Is there any other way for me to get help?

    I originally subscribed to Microsoft Live, Mobile etc. when resident in the UK (this is the country shown in the top right hand side of the web page when logged into WindowsPhone.com).



    I have since moved to the Falkland Islands and have purchased a local SIM card for use in my phone. I would like to update the profile for the phone, but as originally reported, the Falkland Islands (country code 00500) is not listed in the drop-down options.



    How/when are countries added?

    I live in the UAE, near Dubai but the drop down list for "find my phone" does not include the country code +971
