Windows 10: Hello I need help getting empire earth art of conquest working on windows 10??

I have tried everything now. But can't seem to get it to work. As soon as the game loads and I go to build something it freezers. Please help me?

Have Empire Earth the art of conquest. Worked on windows xp, not working on

Empire Earth still will not work on windows 10.. So I went back to windows 8.1 and still not working. I get an error of

ee-aoc.exe stop working. Not sure what the problem is
