Windows 10: Hello i want help recovering my account.

Hello i was logged in on my account earlier today and for some reason i was now logged out and i tried to relogg in and i have or "hade" a really advanced password for safty reasons but i hade forgotten it and i hade it stored on a driver but i hade at somepoint deleted the info aka "the password" so i tried reseting my password but for some reason when i picked "sms" and i used my 4 digit nummer for my cellphone it disided that i still needed the app and for that reason i could not reset my password so i tried logging in to the best off my ability untill i got locked out. I just need help wit
