Windows 10: Hello, Im asking on how to fix update error 0x8007000d

For the past couple or so weeks ive been trying to solve this but ive never had time but now i do, but here i think im in the dirt. For Example I am missing Files for "%APPDAATA%\Microsoft\Network\Downloader\*.*" In which to fix i had to delete using command prompt making me think my issue is that im missing an issue.Im going to have a description of bugs and etc for a timeline to help anybody out there to help.TIMELINEC bugs out ressetting all things on my pc about 3-4 months ago, I factory reset wiping everythingI notice my computer wont update to 202h so i factory reset again wiping all f

I get this while trying to update Windows 10. Error code: (0x8007000d). I have watched Youtube videos and Googled this error code. I have tried all the suggested fixes to no avail. If I use (reset this pc) will that correct the error?

Can't fix WU Error

I have tried all the suggestions but cannot fix WU.

I get error 0x8007000d when I try to install the suggested updates. I finally got the .NET update to install but none of the cumulative updates will. They all error with that code.
