Windows 10: Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with Windows 11 update downloads

Hello! I'm experiencing an issue with Windows 11 update downloads. Every time I try to install new updates, the process hangs at 20%, and then I receive error code 0x80070422. I've attempted to restart the Windows Update services, but it hasn't helped. Has anyone encountered a similar situation and knows how to resolve it? I would appreciate any assistance or advice. Issues with Radeon 7400 M graphics in windows 10

Hi Praveen,

Thanks for the post. The problem seems to be from Microsoft . I have followed below steps

• I have downloaded the software Leshcat’s Catalyst 15.7 WHQL UnifL from Most Popular Parts
• I have unistalled all my graphics softwares and drivers related to radeon 7400 M.
  
• The Catalyst 15.7 WHQL UnifL contains both intel and radeon drivers. So install intel drivers and reboot.
• install radeon drivers and reboot.

Now my system seems to be perfectly fine and no issues with drivers. Booting normally with out any issues. I turned on windows update and 7400 M drivers automatically installed from Microsoft.

After the reboot again the same problem. Now I am not sure how can I disable to download only 7400 M updates keeping all other updates on.

Simplifying updates for Windows 7 and 8.1

Just experienced this myself. I wanted to download the update because this is a massive problem and fresh installs of Windows 7 are still in my future. I don't have a problem using IE11 but...
1. I add the download to my cart.
2. Click on basket.
3. Click on download.
4. Window pops up asking to browse for folder.
5. Click on it, UAC pops up demanding admin password. "No problem," I thought.
6. Enter admin password. Nothing happens.
7. Close window and repeat steps 3-6. Getting frustrated now.
8. Right-click and select refresh.
9. Repeat steps 4-6.
10. WTF?
11. Come to the sad realization I'll have to sign off and sign in as the admin account just to download a file.
12. Give up.

Terrible indeed. I'll have to do it eventually though. *Frown
