    Hello im getting random crashes, doesn't matter what program im running or if im running...


    Usually my computer just freezes or fps drop for an instant and screen turns black and reboots. I already updated my gpu drivers.Critical error: Id 41: The system has rebooted without cleanly shutting down first. This error could be caused if the system stopped responding, crashed, or lost power unexpectedly.: kd> !analyze -v********************************************************************************

    Which Windows version are you running - 1903, 1909 Or 2004?

    A little more information is needed:

    Was this purchase via the Microsoft App Store or via a third party site?

    Can you explain what IM this is? IM is usually an instant message service which is usually free to download & use.

    If an app is the IM listed under your account ready for download?

    If from a third party site can you not download it from there?
