    Hello, i'm having issues with a factory reset


    After having some issues with my keyboard, it seemed that I had a corrupt file. I completed a SFC scan which was successful and I am now trying to do a factory reset though I am unable to do this as the reset won't complete. The keyboard is not working on the pc which is limiting the actions that I can do. Not sure what I can do so any help would be gratefully recieved.
