Windows 10: Hello Im trying to log in but it says I need a pin and I was never given a pin

And I was never given a pin.

log in screen says "Provide a PIN" but the box to type in the pin is missing

Remove your PIN,

Reboot PC

Log back in with password

Set PIN

Reboot PC

Try login with PIN
