    Hello.. I’ve been dealing with a code 10 issue of my device not starting.


    Hey! I’ve been dealing with an issue with my network not being able to detect internet without using an ethernet cable. I’ve recently dug in the internet for solutions and have done majority of the “fixes” of which none of them worked besides one the one where you update the driver but choose the old driver you’ve had stored which worked for like a day then after turning my laptop on again it reverted back to the issue. I need some help asap as I’ve uninstalled the driver several times and tried all of the ways to resolve this issue out on the net. Thanks I hope yall can get back to me as I

    A Code 10 error is generated in Device Manager in one of the following situations:

    • Device Manager can't start the device.
    • One of the drivers that the device needs does not start.
    • Device Manager has insufficient information to recognize the error that is bubbled up by the device driver.
    Since you tried with all basic troubleshooting steps, but the problem still appearing. It seems that there might be some problem with the system files or might be with the Hardware. I see you telling that the device is newly bought. If that is case, suggest
    you to get in touch with the Store from where you bought for getting support on this or for replacing the device, if the problem is due to Hardware.

    Have you tried updating the driver for the HID-compliant mouse?

    Follow these steps on how to update the driver:

    To do this, follow these steps:

    • In Device Manager, click the Driver tab in the device's Properties dialog box.
    • Click Update Driver to start the Hardware Update Wizard.
    • Follow the instructions to update the driver.
    If that does not work, we suggest you contact the manufacturer of your laptop directly and ask for updated drivers for Windows 10.
