Windows 10: Hello, just hoping someone can fix my situation.

Every time I try and open certain things in this application it gives me this error, now, I tried following the directory path of x86\microsoft visual studio\2017\community\vc\tools\msvc\14. 16.27023\include\dequeBut all I see in the 'microsoft visual studio' folder is [installer] and [shared] no [2017] folder or etc. Now, maybe its trying to locate a folder directory that does not exist I don't know, but it's a bit confusing.Anyway, heres the super big details I'll go into since I cannot share a video, tho I will share a reddit post of me asking this question. post: https://www.reddit.com/r

Programs not working

In post 26 there were steps listed to fix the operating system corruption.
Are you able to follow them?
In post 29 was the suggested dism repair command.
