Windows 10: Hello.Microsoft team

Hello,Microsoft team.My computer was windows 7 and I updated it to windows 10 and there are problems with sound.In windows 7 it was working.My speakers are working on another computer.I just updated,uninistall and enable/disable drivers but it didn't work.And there are some commands like net localgroup Administrators add/networkservice and net localgroup Administrators add/localservice.I tried them but in command prompt it says system error 1376 has occured something like that.And again two more please.Can you teach me how to download wifi and bluetooth driver.I just tried a lot of drivers.Bu

Normally when you get this error, you should confirm first using teams on the web to see if there is nothing wrong with your account. Please use this link to do so. Checking your credentials..., also check your network connection.

After confirming that everything is fine from there, I would suggest you to clear your teams cache using this steps.

• Log out of teams
  

• Quit Microsoft Teams. Right-click the icon and select Quit.
  
• Cut and paste the following location into File Explorer: %appdata%\Microsoft\Teams
  
• Delete the contents of the entire folder.
  
• Restart Microsoft Team
  
• Login again.
  

After that sign in first using your education account.
