Windows 10: Hello my drive locked.

Hello Team , i reset my windows after that i noted my two drive D and E locked by Bitlocker , currentely i didnt have the Key to unlock this drives and i tried all my microsoft account didnt find both kindly search from your side where this bit Locker key recorded in which account to try to get it This is my Key ID DAAA21E6 DD027E2DMy device ID 31942D32-6032-40C5-98DE-E42E0F07288CProduct ID 00391-50005-75572-AAOEM

• unhooked HDD
• restarted
• yay !!
• reconnected HDD
• restarted

Assuming I did the steps correctly, this is where I am now.

Screenshot 12 shows my CD Disc shortcut on my desktop.
Screenshot 10 shows the CD Drive shortcut listed in the “Send to” listing.
Screenshot 11 shows the “Send to” listing after the steps were taken, but the CD drive name is not listed.

So, it appears the steps did not work for me. And, I did try the steps, “If it still won’t do ……” and still no luck.

What do you think?

  Type Lock screen in the search bar and press enter
  
• 
  Select Advanced Slideshow settings
  
• 
  Click on Turn off screen after slideshow has played for and select the time limit
