Hello, my Lenovo IdeaPad V15-IGL is not booting only the advanced troubleshooting option are showing and I've tried all the troubleshooting options but its not working

Headset Not Recognized on Lenovo V15-IGL (Windows 11)

Hi everyone,

I'm having trouble with my Rampage Prestige Virtual 7.1 Surround Gaming Headset (model SN-RW77). When I plug it into my Lenovo V15-IGL running Windows 11, the RGB lights don't turn on, and the headset isn't recognized by my PC. Here's what I've tried:

1. Tried All USB Ports
   
2. Restarted PC
   
3. Driver Installation
   
4. Compatibility Mode
   
5. Device Manager Checks
   
6. Power Management Settings
   

Specifications:

• Lenovo V15-IGL
  
• Windows 11
  
• USB 2.0 and 3.0 ports tested
  

Symptoms:

• RGB lights on the headset do not turn on.
  
• Headset not recognized in Device Manager or sound settings.
  
• Sound continues to come out of the laptop's speakers.
  

Any advice or potential solutions would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

!!!UPDATE!!! I tried the headset on another pc and i faced the same problem..

UPDATE: It was a software issue, i did reset the pc using Windows 11, version 23H2 (repair version). After installation i plugged in the headset and nothing happened but after 2 minutes i guess the headset finally worked yay!!!!!

Thanks for your feedback, If your Lenovo V15 IGL came with Windows 10 pre-installed, the product key is embedded in the BIOS of the device. You do not need to enter a product key during the installation process.



To check if your device is activated, follow these steps:



1. Click on the Start menu and select Settings.

2. Click on Update & Security.

3. Click on Activation.



If your device is activated, you should see a message that says "Windows is activated with a digital license linked to your Microsoft account."



If your device is not activated, you can try the following steps:



1. Click on the Start menu and select Settings.

2. Click on Update & Security.

3. Click on Activation.

4. Click on Troubleshoot.



The troubleshooter will attempt to fix any activation issues automatically. If the troubleshooter is unable to fix the issue, please point it out, so that I can assist you better.

HOW DO I GET MY PRODUCT KEY ON A DEVICE(LENOVO V15 IGL) WITH PREINSTALLED WINDOWS 10 PRO?

I got this pc (Lenovo v15 Igl) just today as a gift and I've been trying to set it up.
it is a new one as the os (windows 10 pro) was only installed on the 15th of December 2023.
but setting it up with my account and all I don't find any record of the product key or digital license, guess the guy who installed it was negligent and now i dont know the person so well to ask.
I've tried a lot of commands on my note pad and command prompt, and other short cuts. PLEASE, what can I do?
