Windows 10: Hello, my screen is stuck in welcome page picture can't see the PC user name.

I try to load in safe mode but the safe mode is stuck as well. I try to remove updates/features/do recovery but receive a massage that error has occurred.While I try to close the PC in safe mode I got the following massage "explorer.exe - Application ErrorThe instruction at OX00007FF8EAAF8B70 referenced memory at Ox0000000004779108. The required data was not placed into memory because of an V/O error status of 0xc000009c.Run the disk check and all went well. Not sure ifi should install Windows again or the HD is corrupted

In regards to changing your name on the sign in screen, it will depend whether you're signed in as a local user or signed in using a Microsoft account.

For changing a local account user name, follow these steps:

• Click the Start button, type User Accounts then press
  Enter.
• Select your local account.
• Click Change the account name.
• Enter the new name for the account.
• Click Change Name to complete.

For changing a Microsoft account user name, please follow the steps below.

• Sign in with your Microsoft account
  here.
• Beside your full name, click Edit name.
• Enter the new name for your Microsoft account.
• Click Save to complete.
• Restart your PC.

how to remove the unnecessary names in the opening page of my PC?

It seems you are referring to local user accounts. If you want to delete all your user accounts, you may try these steps:

• Go to the Settings app.
• Locate Accounts and select Family & other users.
• Click the name of the account that you want to remove and click Remove.
• When prompted to confirm, click Delete account and data.

You'll no longer see it from the login screen. Files, program data, and settings stored on the said user account will be deleted as well.

To change your sign-in screen name, follow the steps below:

• Open Settings app and navigate to Accounts.
• Choose Your email and accounts.
• Select Manage my Microsoft account.
• Click Edit name on the main page.
• Change your name and click Save.
• Restart your PC.

Opening screen picture

You can customize the settings of the lock screen and desktop screen background picture in the Pesonalization page of Settings. You can also change the profile picture that you're seeing on the log-in screen in the Accounts page of Settings. Just to clarify,
are you referring to the desktop screen, the lock screen, or the profile picture of your user account?

To change the background picture of the lock screen, follow the steps below:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Select Personalization.
• On the left pane, choose Lock screen.
• Under Choose your picture, you can select from the default list of photos or you can click on
  Browse if you want to select the photo that you want.

You can change the background picture of the desktop by following the same steps above but instead of choosing lock screen, select
Background.

You can replace the profile picture of your user account by doing these steps:

• Click the Windows logo (Start button).
• Click the gear icon (Settings).
• Select Accounts.
• On the left pane, choose Your info.
• Under Create your picture, choose Browse for one to see choose the profile photo that you want.
