Windows 10: HELLO, MY WIN 11 UPDATE PROGRAM

MY WIN UPDATE PROGRAM ARE UPDATING SOME FILES THEY WERE ALL GOOD BUT THE LAST ONE IT IS NEW AND LATEST WIN 11 UPGRADE BUT AFTER SOME TIME THE MESSAGE APPIER THIS COMPUTER DOSINT HAVE NECESSARY REQUMENT SO UPDATE WAS CANCELLED BUT IT STUCK ON PENDING SECTION AND UPDATE PROGRAM SHOWS THERE IS A PROBLEM THERE AND I CANT USE WIN UPDATE PROGRAM, PLEASE HELP HOW TO CORRECT THIS, THANK YOU.

unable to uninstall program - not in programs list Win 11

I have been trying to uninstall Adobe Photoshop Elements. It is running successfully under Win 11. It is not shown in Programs & Features. There is no uninstall app. It is not in the Uninstall list in the registry. I tried Revouninstaller but that doesn't see it either. Adobe haven't responded to my request for help.

If anyone has any further suggestions I would be happy to try them. Many thanks

Hi dalchina. Good news, I followed your suggestion and reinstalled the update and now it appears as "installed correctly" *Biggrin Maybe it was not necessary to run the Windows Update Troubleshooter or maybe if necessary. But using it I do not think it could have worsened something. The installation was very fast, unlike the first time it showed step 1 and step 2 completed.

Why did the startup window get cleared?

I didn't missed any step, the list was gone and gone , even after using lot of programs the programs were not listed in that list.
