    Hello. My windows 7 HP laptop always has a dark screen when i turn it on, infact it shows nothing at all and am really panicking. The keyboard is on but the screen shows nothing. Nothing at all. Please i need help.

    hello, I upgraded my HP DV6 laptop to windows 10 recently. Now whenever I start the laptop, the display remains dark for a long time before the welcome screen turns up..

    Also the function key for enabling/disabling Wi-Fi has stopped functioning after the upgrade.. Kindly help in this regard

    HP laptop question for windows 7 owners (Help Needed)

    I've just reinstalled windows 7 on my dv6 and i cant find the software for the on screen display for the volume, i looked around i found this software but HP QuickTouch but its only for vista so if any one with a HP laptop with windows 7 install could point me in the right way would be a great help thanks

    Thanks for the reply...However, I cant preform any of the steps you have mentioned, because my laptop display doesn’t show anything but a dark gray screen so I cant see whats happening.
