Windows 10: hello pc freEZE!!

i am having problem with pc freeze. disk usage spike 100% when freeze!!! i have 2 drives in my pc, an ssd and a hdd. my ssd is my C: drive and D: drive which i do not know where it came from and my hdd is responsible for my E: drive where i put everything because it is like 4 tb or something which is a lot i thinK!!. when my pc freezes my disk usage on my hdd spikes to 100%, i have been dealing with this for like 4 months or something. i have tried a lot of things, including restarting, disabling windows search which helped out for a bit but the problem started back up again, now i just h

• Aside from this error, are you also getting other error codes or messages?
• Where do you usually experience this freezing issue? Is it during startup?
• Other troubleshooting steps you've tried so far?

PC Build Steps

Ok just because I like steps i am going to create some steps. Please give me the stamp of approval/disapproval

• Install system in case
  • Remember to connect SSD and optical to same SATA ports on motherboard
• Turn on PC
• setup HDD
• run blend test in prime95 for 30-60 min
  • run realtemp at the same time

• While in Prime95 test
  • if CPU goes above 70c in RealTemp, I have a leaky CPU
  • if my system locks up or blue screens, there is an instability in the system somewhere
  • if my system does not lock up or blue screen, my CPU is not damaged and I am in the clear!

What do you guys think??

 

Windows 11 freezes while booting

Hello, I have a problem with my windows 11.

Sometimes my PC will freeze while boot, it only freezes if I:

• Turn on the PC
  
• Reset PC
  
• Reboot / Restart PC
  
• Restart for update
  
• Enter advance / Recovery mode
  

and how can I solve this problem because I'm resetting this PC. if this problem occurs during the process of course it will be damaged, as well as while updating windows.

Is there any solution for this issue?, i Will appreciate your suggestion.
