Windows 10: Hello Sign in windows 10

ok so now when i was logging in to my device the pin was asked to enter so when i tried to enter it the keys to press in it were broken like unresponsive like there was an 5 and 6 in that pin but in my keyboard those keys were unresponsive. So i was basically stuck and then when I got on forgot password the code that was sent had the 5 and 6 in it so i couldnt log in to my own PC!! but then i tried for the code until the 5 and 6 werent there so i managed to reset my password somehow.But i am afraid that if my keys are starting to get unresponsive sooner or later until i get them fixed the keys
