Windows 10: hello sir / madam i have been constantly being terrified by this glitch

hello sir / madam i have been constantly being terrified by this glitch which doesn't allow me to open my WhatsApp web first its icon became dull and a bit gray then the same happened with muse hub and now the calculator too pls and i cant even restart or uninstall them it seems like they are updating or something but its been 2 days since they are like thisim scared if it has any virus but it says the pc its alright please help me as fast as you can please forgive me for not uploading screenshots because it says the file is failed to be uploaded or something

Respected sir / Madam, At present I am using windows 10, Very recently my system crashed and loaded windows 10 is very good operating system , present it shows the " My license is expired " every time it shows like that , The thing is : When i bought this laptop I got genuine windows 8 operating system, and it was fantastic, after crashing my system I loaded this windows 10, is it possible to bring back that windows 8 in my pc Kindly help me in this issue, at least i can escape from this license expire dialogue box

Does the laptop shuts down gracefully, like does it show windows is shutting down or does it go off like someone removed the power?

Also does it automatically restarts itself or does it stay shut?
