Windows 10: Hello, so I have a problem with my laptop after factory reset

I've checked bio to see if I can enable XMP or anything but those doesn't show up, I really want to enable them so that I can run my games, before factory reseting my game was running so perfectly fine too, I've also reinstalled drivers and things but it doesn't fix and I noticed that my RAM speed was at it lowest speed but I can't find anything to do it so
