hello,the laptop keyboard does not work with any letter or any thing , i used device manager and uninstall the keyboard but it didn't work

I understand that the letter X on your keyboard is not working;

Is your PC a laptop?

Initially I recommend that you try the following;

Right click on the start menu and go to Device Manager;

Click (>) Keyboards to expand the session;

Right-click on the first device listed under Keyboards and select Uninstall Device;

Repeat the process on all devices listed in the Keyboards section;

Restart your PC and check if the letter X now works;

please help me,

My laptop keyboard doesn't type letters. The FN key and it's shortcuts like volume and brightness work but letters and numbers don't.

I tried updating the keyboard driver and reinstalling the device but nothing seems to work.

If anyone could help me I would greatly appreciate it.
