Hello, when I am trying to go on to a website Which is safe , I have to ask for parental permission but when I presss "Ask Now" My Parents don't get sent an email, how can i fix this issue?

SOLVED: Parental controls won't list websites visited

Hi Sannie,

For us to isolate the cause of the issue, can you please confirm if you have enabled the option to turn activity reporting on?

If not, kindly follow the steps provided below:

1. Sign in to http://fss.live.com with the parents Windows Live ID.

2. On the Family summary page, click View
activity report next to the name of the child you want to turn activity reporting on for.

3. Select Turn on activity monitoring.

4. Click Save.

I'm trying to download a game from the microsoft store and it askes me to ask a parent if i can get it when im logged in as and administrator and the parent.

• Go to the Control Panel from the Windows Start menu.
• Click User Accounts.
• Click Parental Controls.
• Click on your account photo.
• Choose Parental control off.

The steps provided works only if the user account has full access to the PC.
