Hello! When I logged in today to my computer, my profile was still there, but I had no history and all my files, music, pictures, and downloads were gone. I tries restarting my computer but that didn't work. I also checked my trash folder and history but the files were not there. This is a school computer so I'm not sure if that would effect anything but this has never happened before. Thank you!

Cannot log into my computer!

I tried the suggestions listed here, to no avail. Also, I can login successfully on my phone with my existing credentials. My husband can login on the pc. I still get "user profile service failed the sign-in. User profile cannot be loaded message. What next?
