Windows 10: Hello windows 10 users, Everytime i press the letter W on my keyboard it shuts off my PC ,...

I play warzone and my commonlaw likes to play left 4 dead , PC and keyboard was working just fine yesterday but this afternoon we tried to play game but it seems like everytime we press W it shuts the PC down and i connecred the keyboard to my s24 and i tried clicking W and it shows random letters insread and asks to reload page. PC shuts down when I press windows icon on keyboard

Everytime I have heavy programs on the background of my PC and I press the Windows Icon on the keyboard, my PC just shuts down, I was playing a game that's not very heavy (Danganronpa: Trigger Happy Havoc if you would life to know), and Discord was open
on my second Monitor, after I pressed the Windows Icon on the keyboard it shuts down.

The letter "W" on my keyboard is not working

Hi,

The letter "W" is not working on my keyboard.
I saw a similar issue posted last month and I followed the instructions in the agents response but it did not resolve my issue.

the W key works when using the virtual on-screen keyboard and when i use a external USB keyboard.

When i restart the PC in safe mode, the W key still does not work but the rest of the keys work fine.

Laptop is Dell with windows 10
