Windows 10: hello

I am Using HP Pavilion x360 C0nvertible.. And my windows is 10 .. but whenever I try to change my password to Hello Face Recognition it says that my device is not compatible for it.. What is the reason behind it? And How do I Fix it?

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.

Login with PIN and Hello

My hello sign in stopped working.
