Windows 10: Hello

Mám problém so slúchadlami, keď ich zapojím do okien, začne blikať, stále prepína zvuk na môj motor a potom na slúchadlá. Pomôžete mi s tým, prosím? Som naozaj zúfalý, už som sa snažil obnoviť továrenské nastavenia a ani to nepomohlo : Tu máš odkaz na YouTube, ktorý mi to robí https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6pRx24wKIOw

• Click on 'search' and select 'settings' and type 'Troubleshooting' and select 'Troubleshooting'
• Click on 'Hardware and Sound' and select 'Hardware and 'Devices' and click on next to run the troubleshooter.

Login with PIN and Hello

Windows Hello not working properly
