  1. Help 540mhz Rtts Bug?

Ever since windows 10 update 64 bit pro, i play random games and use my rtts overlay for stats just like any other day and in some games, the screen flashes and it locks my gpu core clock to 540mhz, i have tried different drivers for gpu, at least 2 before current, i have tried different rtts, tried without any settings changed in nvidia inspector, only thing i can think of now is windows being the issue, really ready to just go back to windows 7. i want to be able to monitor my stats in any game at any given time. only way to get my clocks back to normal is to reset pct. Ideas?

    :)

    Browsers won't access google

    Hi.

I've installed Fiddler 4. It originally only worked on IE11 but have used config to add edge.

    Results are:

When Fiddler is running then both edge and IE11 can access google but if fiddler is not running then it can't and the problem returns.

    Result:

    302 HTTP www.google.co.uk
