Windows 10: Help about THX SPATIAL AUDIO not working on ASUS TUF DASH F15

Greetings, Microsoft Community, I have a laptop, The ASUS Tuf Dash F15 it's really great but ever since I got the laptop I've dealt with a problem. I have a built-in microphone a Realtek Microphone but it can also be used as Audio. The thing is if I use Realtek as my microphone and as my audio it causes the microphone to sound terrible, huge echo and everything. but if the aduio is my built-in THX Spatial audio my microhpone is great and sounds truly good. The issue is I cannot even hear things anymore, when using the THX Spatial I have no sound even if i put it at 100 I checked for updates fo

Given the persistence of the problem despite the change of thermal paste and adjustments in settings, it's possible that this issue could be related to hardware, software, or even power management settings.

For this, you can try the following suggestions:

1. Update drivers and BIOS: Make sure all drivers (especially graphics card drivers) and BIOS are up to date. Manufacturers often release updates that can fix problems like the one you're experiencing. You can visit your laptop's website to download the appropriate drivers and install them to see if the problem persists.

2. Check the memory: Use the memory diagnostic program in Windows to test all of the system memory.
   
   • Press Windows + R, type 'MdSched', Enter and then open 'Memory Diagnostic Tool'.
     
   • Tap on 'Restart now and check for problems'.
     
   • Follow the prompts to check, wait for it to complete, and check the report to see if any problems are detected.
     
3. Check Event Viewer: Check the Windows Event Viewer, which you can open by searching for 'Event Viewer' in the start menu and locate it at Windows logs > Application. see if there are any logs showing what caused the reboot. Look for critical errors or warnings that occurred before the reboot.
   
4. Hardware Diagnostics: Run a hardware diagnostic test. ASUS laptops usually have an in-built diagnostic tool, which can be accessed by pressing a key (usually F9, but check your laptop manual) during the boot process.
   
5. New Account: To rule out Windows, you can try creating a new account and see if the problem persists under the new account.

Asus TUF Dash F15 trackpad left click gets stuck.

I've an Asus TUF Dash F15 that I brought in September 2022. I'm facing an issue that sometime when I press left click it does not get released and remain pressed. I've to click it multiple times, try to slide it and then it gets released. I understand it is a hardware issue. How can I solve this?

 

Frequent bsod on asus tuf dash f15

I recently bought tuf dash f15 and have been getting bsod again and again. I downgraded from windows 11 to 10, updated all the drivers to the latest ones but it didnt change anything. I have a suspicion that the Asus's armoury crate's smart switching between igpu and dgpu is causing this but theres no way to be sure.

Here are my minidump files from today. Cant link the previous ones as they got deleted when I downgraded my windows.
