    help adding new subscription to my laptop.


    On 5/01/2025, I purchased a new subscription of MS 365 for Personal use through my employer PertSpot site. I do not know how update my subscription information on my laptop. I have the order# but don't know how to bypass the expired subscription information currently on my laptop. It keeps asking me to purchase a new subscription and I have already done this.
