Windows 10: [Help] All Windows related apps don't open nor work because I edited the windowsapps folder...

So a week and half ago I gotten myself a PC to game on and the first thing i wanted to do was to use WeMod and exploit some games and have fun. Well I stumbled across this one game which WeMod didn't pick up on because it's exe location was inside the Windowsapps folder and the folder was normally locked and hidden. In order to get access I made my way into the folder using guides and edited the permissions to have access to the exe files for the games. Unfortunately that didn't work seeing how the exe files are still locked regardless of me being a admin or not and so I gave up on the idea. Which leaves me the problem of fixing everything back to the way it was before. I couldn't do it. Every time I add in a new permission in hopes of fixing the problem it does the opposite and makes matter worse like disabling the search bar and Start menu(which i fixed later on somehow). In the end I was forced to restart to factory settings, but it wouldn't let me. Couple of more days pass and I finally fixed the windowsapps at least to the point where you can open them but functionality wise not so much. Xbox console companion app parties don't work, Xbox (beta) app won't open due to "parameter is incorrect". I turned to the method of uninstall all the windows apps via powershell and reinstalling them but i was left with this every time even with restarting to factory settings(picture below). Now it was like the beginning yet the windowsapps folder permissions looked normal so I don't know whats wrong with it this time.

• Are you having issues with the Windows apps on your PC?
• When was the last time you saw the contents of the the WindowsApps folder?

MS Apps No Longer Workling!!! HELP !!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just to let you know, I renamed the windows apps folder which is why I'm not able to open win apps. I did this by mistake thinking it would resolve my system restore issue. Anyway, I changed the windows apps folder through these commands (found on youtube) in cmd in safe mode:

1) cd C:\Programs
2) takedown /f WindowsApps /r /d Y
3) icacls WindowsApps /grant "%USERDOMAIN%\%USERNAME%"*SadF) /t
4) attrib WindowsApps -h
5) rename WindowsApps WindowsApps.Old

Do you suggest that I run these commands again but this time rename the WindowsApps folder? If so, which commands do you suggest I perform?
