Windows 10: Help at Startup recovery

Those from nvidia told me to enable or disable the gpu hardware acceleration and thanks to that, my windows will not boot and I meet up with startup recovery and I don't know how long it takes this to fix but I also got another BSOD something with driver_detecter_verifier_violation after trying to fix the stuttering issue caused by my gpu. I am scared that I might lose the ability to use computer so please help me out what happens if the automatic repair does not successfully repair it?

I'm not sure how to do that. Could you list the steps for a noob?

For thouse who CAN help...:I can't enter adb (device not recognized), can't flash using stock recovery (don't really know the steps and stuck at triage and dead android when in recovery),

Are you able to Windows recovery environment?

I suggest you to create a Windows 10 installation media and perform a Startup Repair on the device and check if it helps to resolve the issue.
This is an alternate way to boot the device and run recovery tools when something goes wrong with the Operating system.

Please follow the steps below to do Startup repair:

          Insert the installation USB drive
          and boot Windows 10 from it.
          
          If you don't have one, you can Create an installation Media.
          
        • 
          In the ‘Windows setup’ page select the ‘language to install’, ‘Time and currency format’
          and the ‘keyboard or input method’ and click on ‘next’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Repair your computer’ and select ‘Troubleshoot’.
          
        • 
          Click on ‘Advanced options’ and select ‘Startup Repair’
          and select the operating system.
