Windows 10: Help, bluetooth mouse issues

Everything was working fine until I got a new ssd and cloned my OS on to it. Now my logitech g604 mouse takes 5 minutes to pair with the PC at startup. And when the mouse goes idle, it takes a long time for it reconnect to BT. So far I have uninstalled and reinstalled the BT driver but still encounter the issue. Batteries are new and also tested the mouse on my surface tablet, which works fine.

Bluetooth mouse, doesnot responed

To understand the issue better I suggest you provide information.

• 
  Have you tried uninstalling the Bluetooth mouse driver and then install the driver?
  
  If you haven't, then give it a try and check if that makes a difference.
  
• 
  Have you made any recent changes on your system prior to the issue?
  
• 
  Have you installed any third party security software's on your system?
  
• 
  What is the model number of the Sculpt Bluetooth mouse?
  

I would also suggest to update Windows.

• 
  Launch Start
  > Settings >
  Update and Recovery
  
• 
  And click Check for Updates
  

I suggest you to plugin the mouse receiver to some another computer and check if the issue persists.
