    HELP! BSOD - Blue Screen and a bad face appears when Zoom meeting, Skype or Google Meet...


    This computer is used for my daughter's online school, all meeting apps worked well when the computer was on Win7. When I upgraded the system from Win7 to Win10 last week Cannot go back now, all those video meeting apps are not working property. I can open the apps but the system is crashed as soon as the video starts including Zoom meeting, Skype and Google Meet.


    I tried to reset the computer twice, but didn't work, still BSOD;


    I tried to talk with an MS engineer who gave me a link and I followed for couple of times, it didn't work, Still BSOD.


    Can anyone help on this issue?

    I have tried to download zoom through microsoft edge that is installed , but the only option is zoom rooms. I need zoom mtgs. how do i download the zoom app for meetings and conferences? I have tried to go through google play like the pop up says but i
    couldn't

    download google play. so confused help!
