    HELP!! Cant delete old college files. Error 0x8007016A: The cloud file provider is not running


    Im getting this error as I want to delete all my old college work off of my laptop. Why can't i just do it? So frustrating. Any help is deeply appreciated. I have no interest in keeping these files, i want them gone but im being stopped from deleting them. It's causing me a lot of frustration.
