Windows 10: Help Can't login to my PC!

I am having serious trouble with my Windows 10! I cannot login. When I trun on the PC HP Laptop, I am taken to my account login screen. When I click on "sign in", I get the "Wait a moment" message and the little circle going round. And that is it. I have left it running for over an hour, but there is never a screen where I can put in my PIN or my password.


I eventually ran the system recovery option from Advanced options. After it reinstalled Windows, or whatever it did, it still takes me to my account screen and the "sign in" message. Still won't et me sign in.


I have thought of doing a complete re--install of windows, but I can't locate my product key. I ran, from the Safe mode>advanced options>CMD screen, the following: wmic path softwarelicensingservice get 0A3xoriginalproductkey

That returned an error message.


The machine came with a legitimate Windows 10 pre-installed. And it worked fine up until a week or so ago. Then the problem suddenly appeared.


Any help is much appreciated.

I suggest you to follow the steps below and check if it helps.

Step 1: I suggest you to select the appropriate language in login screen at the bottom right corner and check if it helps.

Steps 2: Use On-screen keyboard in the login screen to login and check if it helps.

  Are you trying to login to Microsoft account or local account?
  
• 
  If its Microsoft account are you able to login using the web interface?
  

I suggest you to use the on-screen keyboard and try to login. Follow the steps below:

Click on the Ease of Access icon at the right bottom of the screen and select On-screen keyboard and check if issue persists.
