Windows 10: [Help] "Can't sign in to Your account" Nothing seems to be working to fix this.

I've recently been dealing with the issue of being unable to sign into my PC. I had left it on before I went to bed and when I woke up it was turned off and when I tried to sign back in, I got the error pop-up of "We can't sign in to your account" and have been put into a Temp account. I've tried scouring the internet, the Forums, videos, and everything I try to do doesn't seem to be working. I'm honestly not sure what to do at this point as nothing I do or have done seems to be working or making a difference.

The error code that your are getting when adding an account is usually caused by the following:

• Your phone has an incorrect date and time set.
• You do not have a data connection.
• Your phone is in a "bad state."

I suggest you to follow the steps provided below and check if it helps.

• Navigate to Start>Settings>Accounts.
• In the left pane, click on sign-in options.
• In the right pane select Never from the drop down list for the option
  Require sign-in.

• Is this the only account on the computer?
• Was this account upgraded from previous version of Windows?

It looks like you are using a local account. I suggest you follow these steps:

• Click on search in taskbar and type account.
• Click on Accounts.
• Now, under Your account, click on Sign in with Microsoft account instead.
• Enter your Local account password for confirmation and then follow the screen instruction.
• Enter User name credentials for your the new Microsoft account and click OK.
