Windows 10: Help. Caps-lock indicator not latching but blinking instead.

I am using an on-board keyboard of a Lenovo 330s laptop with Windows 10 Operating System.

The keyboard works fine except that when I press on the Caps-lock key to turn ON or OFF; instead of the indicator latching ON or OFF respectively, it only blinks once. So I am struggling to know whether the CapsLock is whether ON or OFF from one blink.

How to make the indicator latches ON or OFF instead of blinking once?

No caps lock indicator with new keyboard?


I got a new keyboard. It does not have a light that shows caps lock on or off.

And a desktop indicator no longer shows caps lock as being turned on or off.

How can I make Windows indicate the caps lock setting?

Caps Lock is on indicator stuck

The indicator for "Caps Lock is on" is stuck on. Caps lock is actually off, but the indicator won't go away. I'm on a Dell desktop and Windows 10. My windows password is in all caps so i press the caps lock key when I log into windows. But after logging
in, the caps lock indicator in the middle of the display doesn't go away. As I'm typing this, that indicator is front and center on my screen. Pressing the caps lock key works properly in terms of turning caps lock on and off but it doesn't remove the indicator
on the display when caps lock is off. Here's a screen shot of my screen right now. Notice the "Caps Lock is on" indicator. Please help!

Caps lock indicator

Hello,

You can make your Windows 10 PC easier to use with the help of Ease of Access. We suggest enabling
Toggle Keys. You can hear a tone whenever you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock when it's enabled.

• Click the Start button.
• Go to Settings > Ease of Access > Keyboard.
  
• Go to Toggle Keys.
• Turn On the option Hear a tone when you press Caps Lock, Num Lock, and Scroll Lock.
