Windows 10: Help! Changed a MSCONFIG option and now my PIN isn’t available!

Help! I changed an option on the msconfig so I could start the nvidia control panel within the startup phase.But some “services” didn’t start since I disabled the option, and now I can’t set up a PIN and neither run the troubleshooter so I could use the Startup Repair to see if it would fix it! Not even the system restore point because it asks the password that I don’t know!!!Please help, I can’t reset the pc, I got important non saved files!

Printer isn´t working after latest update.

After the latest update from Windows, my Canon Pixma ip6600 printer isnt working. In Device Manager it shows up as working properly but when I go to print it isn´t listed as an option in any programs. Troubleshoot suggests it´s a USB 2 printer on a USB
3 port and that that´s the problem but that cant be since it worked fine before the update. I´ve tried to uninstall and plug it back in but that doesn´t work either.

 

Pin Login not available and can't change or remove my pin

Hi Saschavan,

To help you disable your PIN login, kindly follow the steps below:

• Go to this location: Settings/Accounts/Sign-in options
• Check the PIN options and click the I forget my PIN available to click?
  
• Enter your password, it will prompt you to enter a new PIN.
• Click Cancel and your PIN should be disable upon reboot.

If this doesn't work, there are other procedures available to consider.
--- Some of them include registry changes.
--- Are you familiar with working in the registry?

BTW, have you saved your data along with a system image backup ready?
